Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Manatee Rovers Co. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after you check out. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on a weekend will not ship until Monday at the earliest. Orders placed on a holiday ship the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier. For damaged items, please see our Refund Policy.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
